Order process
Epson Store offers a convenient method to order EPSON consumables from home or from the office. Here you can choose from the full product range of Epson consumables 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What is more, a 30-day money-back-guarantee is granted for unused products. You can pay upon receipt of invoice or against cash in advance.

You can order EPSON consumables in five different ways:

Method 1:

If you know the part number (article number) of the article you would like to order, enter that number in the “search" field. On the next screen, a description of the article and its price appear. You can select the quantity of the article you would like to order. If you would like to add this quantity to your shopping basket, click on the button “add to shopping basket".

Method 2:

If you would like to order a specific type of consumables, you can select the relevant subcategory under “consumables and supplies". Select the model name of your primary printer to display all consumables in the selected category which you would like to use with your primary printer. Now you can add articles to your shopping basket as in method 1.

Method 3:

If you would like to order consumables for a specific model, you can select your model name under “search" in the subcategory “printer selection", and display all consumables suitable for this model.

Method 4:

You can also enter your model name or article description of your consumables in the “search" field. All articles allocated to the keyword will then be displayed. You can refine the search functionality for article and product categories via “advanced search".

Method 5:

Insofar as you have already placed orders via the Epson Store, you can log in under “customer account" and display your previous orders. By clicking on the article which you would like to order again, you will be directed to the order form from which you can put the article in the shopping basket.

Special offers cannot be called up via the search functionality, rather they can only be displayed and ordered in the “Offers" menu.

Completing an order:

Once you have added all required articles to the shopping basket, click on the button “Order now". To confirm that you would like to buy the selected products. Proceed as follows on the next screens:

  • Enter your details and just enter your name and user name if you have already set up an account with us.
  • Specify your delivery details and indicate a separate invoice address should it deviate from the delivery address.

We cannot accept your order without these details.

Once you have confirmed your delivery and invoice address details, you can select how you would like to pay for your order.

Before confirming your purchase, you can review your order details. Click on “Finish " to place the order. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been accepted soon afterwards. This mail will list the individual items of your order as well as the total amount.

We cannot accept orders for products that are not currently available. The product pages of this Web site will indicate if a specific article is not available and therefore cannot be ordered. If you would like to order this article, try again later.

Your customer account
When placing your first order, you create a customer account. You specify user name and password yourself.

As soon as your account is activated, you can perform the following activities:

  • View order history
  • Follow-up order of any articles you have already purchased in Epson Store
  • Subscribe and unsubscribe to Epson Information Service

Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If we have not already sent your order, we will do everything we can to cancel it. Please note, however, that we send most orders on the day of receipt.

Guidelines for returns
If you are not satisfied with the article your purchased for whatever reason, just send it back to us within 30 days by post, unwrapped and in its original packaging. We will then reimburse you the full price of the article. In addition, we will reimburse you delivery charges if you have to send back products due to an error on our part. This does not affect other rights.
